Frequently Asked Questions
Once you join Backstage with Ali you’ll receive a Welcome Email with a link to the Backstage with Ali website and your login info.
When you log into the Backstage with Ali site, you’ll see further instructions on how to access all your content, as well as a Welcome video from me, showing you around the place.
The monthly online concerts are held as Facebook Live events, only for members of 
Backstage with Ali After our Facebook Live concert, we all hop on a Zoom video conference so we can chat “face to face” (virtually). You can request songs and submit questions to me in advance of each live session.
If you can’t make the live session, it’ll be archived for later viewing in the private Backstage with Ali Facebook group, as well as on the Backstage with Ali website.
That’s okay! You don’t have to use Facebook to enjoy Backstage with Ali
All live concert sessions will be posted on the Backstage with Ali website after they happen, so you can watch them there whenever you like. The only thing you’ll miss is being able to interact live when the concert happens, as well as interacting in our private Facebook group.
But you can still attend our monthly Zoom hangout to say hi to Ali & your fellow members virtually!
That’s perfectly okay! This is YOUR group and you get to choose what you wanna do.
I’ve found that most every creative person could use some outside encouragement and support ~ and the obstacles I’ve encountered as a musician have a lot in common with stumbling blocks in other areas.
I don’t buy it! 😉 I believe that we ALL have the ability to be creative, and if that’s something you wanna explore, I’d love to cheer you on!
The current cost is $10/month, and will remain $10/month for as long as you continue your subscription. If you’d rather pay a yearly lump sum of $120, rather than be charged monthly, you can do that as well.
Sure thing! There’s now an option to make a yearly recurring payment of $120, rather than a monthly recurring payment of $10.
No problem – you can cancel your membership any time, in which case you will not continue to be billed. Just email me and I’ll take care of it for you.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the membership month in which you cancel, at which time you’ll lose access to everything on the ⭐️Backstage with Ali⭐️ website.
If at any point you’d like to re-join ⭐️Backstage with Ali⭐️ you’ll be welcomed back with open arms at the new (higher) price.
No offense taken – I totally get it! Whichever payment method you use, I don’t EVER see or process your payment details. It’s all handled by reputable 3rd party companies (PayPal or Stripe) via their secure servers.
Sure! You’ll be able to request songs for me to play during our live hangout sessions — and if it’s a song I really love, I’ll record it & offer it as a free download for ⭐️Backstage with Ali⭐️ members!
Absolutely! All songs, as well as audio from Behind-the-Scenes videos, are downloadable AND streamable.
That’s okay ~ you don’t need to be a tech nerd! (I’m certainly not)
I’ve included instructions on how to access all the songs & videos in the Welcome section ofBackstage with Ali and I’ll be available to answer any questions you have once you’re Backstage.
